BPM Projects was engaged to perform the Detailed Engineering & Design and Project Delivery for a 3.8ML Fuel Storage Tank in Saipan. The scope included earthworks, foundations and piping tie-ins and to increase existing secondary storage capacity to 110% of tank volume to comply with NFPA-30.

Our role

• Provision of multi-discipline engineering and project management to perform FEED and Detail Engineering and Design in accordance with Client Practices and US codes and standards.
• Pre-qualification of EPC tenderers followed by tender document preparation, bid evaluation, recommendation for award and contract administration.
• Performance of engineering and design review, HAZOP, fabrication QA/QC and pre-start safety verification.
• Project Controls providing budget and schedule reporting and forecasting.
• Full time on-site supervision of construction contractors for safety, schedule and quality performance.
