BPM Projects is an independent project delivery and multi-discipline engineering company founded in 2015. Based in Heatherton, Victoria, we deliver capital project management, engineering design and investment advisory services across Australia’s energy and mining sectors. With over 150 projects delivered and a zero-incident safety record spanning 10 years, we bring the rigour of a Tier 1 contractor with the agility of a specialist firm.

The business was founded by Mark Butters, who harnessed his extensive global experience in capital project delivery in the energy and mining sectors, with the view of creating fit for purpose, commercially robust and client-centred project solutions.

BPM’s approach since 2015 has been driven by the delivery of high-quality work demonstrated through disciplined project execution, transparent communication, strong stakeholder coordination and a solutions-focused mindset. Through consistent performance and a commitment to quality, BPM has formed strong, long-term relationships with our clients who regard us as a reliable and trusted resource in the successful delivery of their projects.
